Chris Brown’s probation for assaulting ex-girlfriend Rihanna has ended after six years
Chris Brown is a free man after Superior Court Judge James R. Brandlin lifted his probation. The singer escaped another stint in jail after having his probation revoked earlier this month. Breezy’s probation officer gave a glowing review of the completed community work he did. The judge was reportedly satisfied with the 25 year-old’s reason for travelling to San Jose.
When the judge ruled, Breezy turned to his lawyer and embraced. He later tweeted:
“IM OFF PROBATION!!!!!!!! Thank the Lord!!!!!!”
Chris has been under probation since 2009 after attacking his then-girlfriend Rihanna hours before the Grammy Awards. Since then, he has not been far from trouble – he violated probation last year and served three months jail time before being denied entry to Canada. Chris also fathered a baby girl which caused his on-and-off girlfiend Karrueche Tran to cut ties with him.
Despite the setbacks, the star has been busy in the studio. Check this collaboration Chris Brown and Usher “All Falls Down”
